Leasing a horse is a great way to see if you are ready to buy your own horse. It is also a great way to experience and ride a nice quality well trained horse without having to go through the expense of buying one. Leasing can also keep you riding while you are looking to purchase your own horse.

FULL-LEASE

Ride up to 6 days a week. A full lease allows you to be the primary rider and we will fit a schedule to suit your needs. The full lease price includes board, training for the horse, routine vet care and shoeing. The lease includes all tack saddle bridle needed as well as brushes ect. The full lease also gives you private lessons at a discount of $25 per lesson.

Full-Lease Horse $350 a month

HALF-LEASE

Ride 1 day a week - You will be sharing your horse with another leaser and/or the lesson program riders. Your leasing schedule will be arranged around the horse's schedule. The lease price includes board, training for the horse, routine vet care and shoeing. The lease includes all tack saddle bridle needed as well as brushes ect. Your lease also gives you private lessons at a discount price of $25 per lesson.

Half-Lease Horse $150 a month

Many of the leasing horses and/or lesson horses are also for sale. If at any time you would like to buy your leased horse please let the trainer know right away as for the horse may sold to someone else if you don't speak up. If your leased horse gets sold, you will be given the opportunity to lease another horse or the unused portion of your lease money will be given back to you. Tack is provided with the leased horses. Leasers are obligated to keep tack clean and in good working condition. If tack is broken or damaged due to negligence the leaser must replace the tack with new right away. Leasers must also wear a helmet at all times when riding their horse. Also no one else is allowed to ride, work or handle in any way the leased horse besides the leaser. Leaser will hold harmless Johnny 6 Stables, its associates, as well as the owner of the leased horse for any personal injuries to leaser or standbyers incured from the horse or outside influences. Leaser will be resposible for any and all vet and medical bills incuring as a cuase of leasers' neglect or accident. All leases are to be paid to Johnny 6 Stables by the 1st of every month. If paid after the 5th a $25 late fee will be added to your bill, after the 15th a $50 late fee will be added. Horse leases are a month to month lease with a 30 day written notice upon cancellation.
